Our Nonwoven Solutions
Brits’ needle-bond process produces nonwoven blankets that are designed for versatility, comfort and sustainability. Each product range combines durability with softness, making them suitable for both pet and logistics applications.
Our product range includes:
- Needle-bond® Eco Designed Blankets: Repurposed from “fast fashion” garments into durable shoddy skins that act as insulation layers for pet beds and kennels, keeping pets warm and protected from cold surfaces.
- Needle-bond® Improved Quilted Blankets (Pet Comforters): Shoddy skin inners encased in quilted covers to provide extra warmth and comfort for pets.
- Needle-bond® Quilted Protection Blankets: Designed to safeguard valuable goods during transportation or storage, offering an eco-friendly layer of cushioning and protection.
Each blanket is available as either a shoddy skin or with quilted covers on both sides, and manufactured using locally sourced, repurposed fibres.
